Identity, sustainability and innovation in the Mediterranean

The International Conference entitled “Identity, sustainability and innovation in the Mediterranean” was held on Thursday 13 July at the European Space of the Commission and the European Parliament in Rome. The conference is promoted by the Italian Network for Euro-Mediterranean Dialogue (RIDE), head of the Anna Lindh Foundation-ALF Network in Italy, with the contribution of the Union for the Mediterranean (UfM), ALF, PRIMA Foundation and Mediterranean Perspectives.

During the conference there were speeches by numerous personalities from the world of diplomacy, international academic institutions, experts and researchers, all encouraging ideas and proposals to promote a more united and proactive Mediterranean for a future of peace and dialogue.

Good World Citizen representatives attended the Conference, which was an opportunity to exchange knowledge and advance innovation and new projects in the Italian and Mediterranean context.
